“Stopped in the Colony Bank Branch on Bradley Park Drive in Columbus, GA yesterday with an online account issue and was warmly greeted with an amazing staff that was all in to help me resolve my problem. The entire staff, to include the branch manager, could not have been more professional and technically proficient in assisting me. My long time relationships with the big banks no longer exist. Colony's staff was so friendly and accommodating I guess I'll have to drive from Newnan to Columbus for my banking needs. Special shout out to Stephanie Wade who could not do enough-she was terrific!! Thanks for taking such good care of an old man Colony. When will Colony be moving to Newnan? There is a serious need for your kind of service here.”

I left my hometown before I received my card and the bank visits are my only link to getting more funds when I need while Im in school here until I go back home. This location is open till 5 pm. I'm in school from 6am to almost 6 pm. So I'm in a spot. Other than that, I like this bank”
