“BUYER BEWARE Customer Service was good, the car however is another issue. I didn’t have the car a full week until the AWD Malfunction, engine and service light came on the 6th day. Silver Rock was supposed to handle the claim but they denied it because they sold me a car that needed seals, fluids and a possible transfer case and the fluids were so bad that they looked burnt and brown. They only paid the mechanic for the diagnostic, which I could have went to any AutoZone and gotten. The worst part is they sold me the car like this and only changed the oil and now I have to pay $331.00 out of pocket when I just paid $1300.00 down payment for a car and let’s not mention the almost 600.00 in rental cost I’ve occurred since my car is in the shop. Oh, and did I mention I also still have to pay my car note today that Bridgecrest has no problem reminding me of constantly. So now we are up to almost 2400.00 in less than a month and not to mention insurance that I am out of because of a car that wasn’t properly maintenance by a service center before I got it!!! And do I plan to blast this all on social media…YES!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GET A CAR FROM DRIVETIME!! I wish I would have went on the blogs and seen all of the horror stories before I spent any of my hard earned money with them!!! Pictures below show the check engine and service lights on. And as of today I have only had my vehicle 3 weeks.”
