“I am an employee of this store, so I am a bit biased. I gave ourselves five stars, but encourage you to come in for yourself and see how a small town pharmacy does things a little differently.

I always had a good relationship with this customer and he always treated us with kindness and respect. I cared about him and always treated him great. There were often times where he was a little short at the bank...sometimes the store owner would allow us to hold tickets for him and he would come back later and pay. Other times, I would just pay for what was needed out of my own pocket or other staff would do the same. The original review was left after a visit to our store and no one could pay his tab and the owner was unwilling to hold tickets because we currently had some outstanding. He uncharacteristically (from what I knew of him over the years) was rude to us and left. He then posted the review which I found to be hurtful and untrue. He said "Prices too high!! Too many mistakes, Way too many ATTITUDES! !!"

As I said before, we cared about him enough to pay for things when he needed a little help. For someone that I had taken care of for years to leave such false statements about our small business was terrible and vindictive. He doesn't realize that a negative review can hurt a small business that employs around 20 people. Those families could be adversely affected because he shared an nonfactual review because he was upset over something unrelated to our store, our values, how we operate and how we treat our customers.

In his review today, he states that he was mistreated. I believe he mistreated us using a public forum to spread falsehoods about us. We have not seen him for over seven years. I don't believe he came back to give us another chance as he implied in his review today. There were multiple reasons that he was denied today. I only discussed one reason with him: I told him "We were very good to him over the years and he left us a negative review on google." He told me that he didn't even remember it. He asked me "Is that how you guys do business" to which I replied "It is how you do business, We were very good to you and you did that to us." I gave him an opening for an apology and to take the false review down. He made no mention of trying for redemption for previous bad service during our conversation today (as stated in his review). If he had I would have reminded him of the facts as to why he left. It is 100% a lie that I said "Yes, because we hold grudges."

Forgiveness does apply to you, I do forgive you. Our reputation stands on itself. My reputation stands on itself. Ask around, any one that knows me our our pharmacy will give you a very different impression than his review would have you believe. Unfortunately forgetting is a little harder. I care about my fellow employees like family. Ive been with them through graduations, child births, grandchildren births, deaths in family, moving homes, marriages, surgeries, other medical conditions, many good times and many bad times. I have to protect them and their families. Ultimately as seen in your reviews and your willingness to libel us, you wish to damage my family.

If you desire to be so petty as to take us to court, so be it. I prefer to handle things like men and have a face to face conversation to work out disagreements and establish a path forward to an amicable relationship. Come see me any time and I would be more than willing to share with you in private the other reasons you were denied.

She not only put us on a waiting list, but was able to get us in that same afternoon for our first vaccine! Shanea is such a sweet and professional technician and was so helpful! The Pharmacy Manager, Cheris, was also very kind and professional and not only administered the vaccines but checked on us, as did Shanea, during the waiting time following the vaccine. We went back 4 weeks later, received our 2nd Vaccines, and again both girls were working and we had the absolute best service! “I’m impressed with the young woman at the cash register. I was in a hurry and left my change at the self checkout. She stated that the woman behind me proceeded to pick up my change and put it in her purse and she stopped it from happening. When I returned later, the cashier remembered me and said “You left 10 dollars and went to the cash register to get the 10 bill I left.”
