“These people are very honest and fair. We were traveling from out of state and picked up a bolt in our tire. Had to put the donut spare on the car and limp to the nearest tire shop. The owner at Fausett’s offered to sell us a tire at a very fair discounted rate, but his associate did his due diligence and checked our compromised tire to find that it was not leaking after removing the bolt. They went the extra mile for us, removed the spare and put our uncompomised tire back on,,,,,no charge!
I would highly recommend this shop. If we lived closer they would have our business!”

“Broke down on the side of I-75 and had the car towed to this shop.The mechanic took the time to look at it and help us while already busy and about to close for a holiday weekend. He had the car fixed so fast and we were immediately able to get back on the road. Huge thank you to the staff here for their kindness.”

“As we were returning to Illinois from Florida we developed car trouble. Choose this business at random from a Google search due to it's location being near by and easy to get to from where we were. When we arrived I told them what I thought was wrong. They took about 3 minutes of test drive to determine I was wrong and exactly what the trouble was. Car was repaired in less then an hour and we returned home without further problems. All I can say about the price is it was A LOT less than I expected and the rate I ever recieved from a repair shop. This place is the best, people, service, price.”
