We have continuously been lied to by Verizon customer service and have not been able to get a refund on money that they owe us.
I have been given the run around by everyone that I have spoke to. The ONLY helpful person in the entire company has been Amy at the Rockmart store as she advocated for us tremendously.

Amaya (hope I’m spelling this right) was such a huge help to us! We switched from AT&T to Verizon & despite the process taking longer than we all anticipated, she was helping us every step of the way! Very kind, helpful & professional. Stayed after she was suppose to of already gotten off work to make sure our new phones were working & up to our standards. 100% recommend having Amaya help you!

Everything says you’re open at 11am on Sunday. I’m here at 11 until noon, no one here. I’ve seen 4 other potential customers turn away at the locked door. Do better.

Every single time I come into the Cedartown Verizon I leave with more issues than I came in with and it’s always the same man. I will not go back, I’m taking my business to Rome. I’d rather drive 30 minutes than deal with this employee. The only time I have not had an issue is when dealing with Paige, she is always polite and helpful.
