“Mike Coleman is a genuinely good and honest mechanic! He communicates issues with you, so you can make the best, informed decisions about your vehicle. He won't "fix it" if it's not broke. He won't write up a bill for work that was "done" if he didn't actually do the work. Mechanics like him are hard to find! “Casey was extremely polite, professional, and quick. highly recommend! She chose the correct oil for my car (even though the PC typically tells them, I've had to correct a handful of employees at other companies, but Casey was 100% correct)

“My son very recently brought my car in for squeaks he was hearing in the breaks. It had rained for 2 days. Five Star looked over the brakes very well and could not find anything , nor hear anything.. It was determined that the brakes had gotten wet and were now dry. There has been no noises since. “Like everyone else, I cringe at the thought of needing car repairs. I will start out by saying that I knew it was going to be a significant bill beforehand. That said, I gladly paid it and appreciated their professionalism.
I did a night dropoff. By 723, I had an estimate for a free inspection in my texts. By 9am I was contacted to let me know what they found. The info they provided included pictures and video with an explanation of recommended work.
Later in the day, they found an additional issue and gave me some options on how to repair it. None of the sevices were pushed on me, no pressure. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I didn't get any condescending "you're just a dumb girl" vibes, which is rare when dealing with mechanics :(
The vehicle was done earlier than initially promised even though there was more work done than originally planned. They stayed true down to the exact penny they estimated.
If you're considering taking your vehicle here, I definitely recommend it. I'm almost too old to be crawling around under cars anymore so I will surely use them again.”

Understanding that they close at 6pm, everyone and I mean EVERYONE Crystal, Harley, Larry and Robert went above and beyond to handle my vehicle with care after closing time. They didn’t miss a beat with following protocol outside of the oil change I asked for. A thank you to the staff isn’t enough for their time and dedication!”

These guys are top notch. You get to talk to the mechanic, not a service rep who will never get across to the mechanic what you said.
