Hibbett Sports at the Houston County Galleria is a top spot for sneakers in Centerville, carrying major releases from Nike, Jordan, and adidas, along with Hey Dudes and brands like Puma and The North Face. Reviews note both excellent and mediocre customer service. Some customers report being greeted professionally and receiving helpful, immediate assistance, with associates described as amazing and very helpful. Other experiences mention employees being distracted, talking loudly amongst themselves instead of attending to customers. One reviewer felt the store temperature was too warm. While a past issue with a specific shoe release was stressful and required hard work to resolve, the business worked to fix it. Overall, customers love the business and its vast selection, believing it tries to deliver quality service, though some suggest better communication would improve the experience.
Store assistant was awesome, found everything we were looking for my son was excited. He’s ready for school and will be looking great and feeling great…..
