“I have a teenage grandson who has gotten the bowling bug and to the extent it was time to get his first ball, bag, and shoes. After a significant amount of research, the specific positive comments Mark Petit, the Store Manager at the Bowlers Mart Warner Robins Pro Shop, had received made the decision easy on where we were going. It was a bit of a road trip, but once there, Mark treated us like royalty, and it convinced me that we had went to the correct location. My grandson has now officially started his bowling journey. “I was provided with a wonderful pair of Hoka shoes, and they fit perfectly. My feet have felt much better ever since I started using them daily. They are also proving to be quite durable. Furthermore, if they do not have your size in stock, they will custom order it for you. Isn't that simply excellent?”

“I truly don't know what these other folks are complaining about reading their reviews. Clearly some of these people have never worked in retail or just feel like the world should revolve around them, because I've had no issues out of this store and I've been shopping here for years. You've got a group of teens and 20 something year olds making literal lunch money but expect to be treated like you're in the Louis Vuitton store? These kids are doing just fine, especially having seen some of the people they've got to deal with. It's the rudest customers who don't get their way that always want to leave the worst reviews about how nobody helped them or spoke to them. This store is just fine by me and I hope they keep up the good work!!”

“Overall experience was a 7 out of 10. This was my first time at this location. Majority of the staff was very nice and friendly. However, there was one cracked egg in the bunch, Mz. Shannon. We all should be mindful of others around us and mindful of what comes out our mouth. She looked and judged me before knowing anything about me. I was walked to the show dept, which was awesome. Then there was Shannon, I began asking her questions about shoes , and she told me she doesn't work that dept and pointed me to the Brandon, who was amazing by the way. Then as I was leaving, we glanced through the clearance aisle. As we were coming out, Shannon, looked at us, my son and I and yelled, those shoes gone, or they just took the shoes. At first I was in disbelief because clearly, we didn't come to steal and second We don't steal. Why would she say something like that and think it's ok. I didn't mention anything to anyone or even ask for a manager, I waited to post here so we can all know and act accordingly. Thanks for making us feel like our money ain't green or our credit card funds ain't worth spending at this location. I want say this is my last time because everyone else was phenomenal and my mom lives in Warner Robins now, so I'm sure we will be back, we just hope and pray Shannon isn't working when we go back.
