“All around great pharmacy! The staff is extremely friendly and have gone out of their way numerous times to help resolve any issues I’ve had. They communicate when there are any hiccups on their end and always provide a timely resolution. Along with the phenomenal service the GLP1 prescriptions are not only a very good and competitive price but they have a pill pack option for your daily meds that I’ve personally found to be very convenient. Highly recommend using them as your primary pharmacy!”

The pharmacist called me and would make me aware ahead of time about insurance n coverage issues and so very helpful going out of his way. “I was having issues with insurance communication at my previous pharmacy. Because it was a pharmacy from a big corporate chain, my insurance agent couldn’t get in contact with anyone over the phone to fix the problem and I ended up having to pay full price for covered meds. I transferred my prescriptions to Connect Care. Not only did I get a call from Guilliano, the pharmacist himself, to tell me my meds were ready that same day, he had also fixed the problem with insurance. I’m so happy I made the switch to Connect Care!”

“Fast service at this pharmacy and good customer service. The drive through is a narrow turn with a large vehicle, F-250 size or larger should go into the store for service; that's not a knock on the pharmacy, just a comment on the design layout. :) Staff is always very friendly.”

My previous CVS had a male pharmacist for while that was just no help at all. If he didn’t have something it was on you to go find it.
Not so with 3012 Houston road location at the corner of Houston and Hartley. There are two on Hartley bridge road. This is the one furthest from I- 75 at Houston road end of Hartley.
If they don’t have something, they call other CVS stores trying to find it for you and if that doesn’t work they will let you know when they expect it or tell you a competing pharmacy to try.
Again, friendly and always helpful. I generally deal with Tina who is one of the pharmacist or Ginger at the window but I’ve get great service from everyone there.”

“I want to acknowledge Marc in the pharmacy for his assistance and compassion today. My son accidentally threw his medicine in the trash. My insurance company authorized an emergency refill, if the pharmacist approves. My insurance called and spoke with Jasmine. She said no. I called and practically begged Jasmine to authorize the refill, she said no! She said it’s up to the pharmacist and they don’t usually give emergency refills on C2 meds. I said I understand you don’t usually do it, but my son needs his meds to be successful in school. Will you please authorize his meds? I’m not asking you to refill Percocets or anything. I explained to her again that it’s to help my son focus in school and he has Milestone tests next week. Jasmine dismissed me and told me to call Marc, which I did. Jasmine showed no concern, compassion or empathy for my situation. Marc didn’t hesitate to help me and had my son’s medicine ready within 2 hours! It costs nothing to be compassionate and understanding and Jasmine lacks both! I’m thankful I was able to speak with Marc and I will ask for him moving forward. Thank you again, Marc!!”
