David explained to me that it was Not the same Jiffy Lube and they went with the name because there was confusion with the express care name attached to Valvoline. Phew.
Anyway, all three gentlemen were polite, Helpful with my questions, and knowledgeable. It’s always a very easy visit and you’re usually out in 15 minutes. Definitely check these guys out.”

“Had to get my bumper and trunk latch fixed from a rear end collision. The workers here were great to talk with and made me feel welcome. My car was fixed in a timely manner and I was updated every step of the way which really helped with managing my rental. The worker who helped me was named Ashley and she did a wonderful job.
I did have a small issue with the trunk latch being loose after the repair, but they fixed it the same day I called and I didn't have to wait at all. Will be returning it I ever get into another accident and need repairs. (Hopefully not though)”

“After dealing with an intermittent A/C problem with my 2016 Honda CR-V for YEARS, these guys finally took the time to get to the bottom of it.
And if you live in Atlanta, you understand just how miserable and brutal our summers can be without working A/C. Having an A/C that might work one day and suddenly stop blowing cold air the next isn't just inconvenient when it's 90+ degrees outside — it's absolutely miserable.
Over the years, I took my car to Gwinnett Place Honda multiple times. They performed other repairs, replaced parts, and recharged the A/C system several times, but the problem always came back. Despite all of those visits and expenses, I never got a lasting solution — and they never even offered some of the diagnostic approaches and solutions that Atlanta Auto Pro did.
Russell and Ken were completely different. They listened to the entire history of the problem, took my concerns seriously, and were willing to dig deeper instead of just addressing what was happening in that moment. They did everything I had hoped the dealership would have done years ago and actually gave me answers and options.
After years of dealing with an A/C that would work one day and quit the next — and suffering through Atlanta summers wondering whether I'd have A/C every time I got in my car — I can't express how much I appreciate finally feeling like someone genuinely tried to solve the problem instead of putting another temporary fix on it.
