“I had a great experience with Caliber Collision after my accident. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me through the process. They did an excellent job repairing my truck and kept me informed along the way.
What stood out the most was how hard they worked with the insurance company on another issue that was caused by the accident. Unfortunately, the insurance company wouldn’t cover it, but that definitely wasn’t because of a lack of effort from Caliber. They truly fought for me and tried everything they could to help resolve the situation.
When I picked my truck up, I noticed the front driver-side tire was flat because it had picked up a nail while the vehicle was there. The tire couldn’t be repaired and needed to be replaced. Without any hesitation or arguments, Caliber sent me to the tire shop and covered the entire expense. That level of customer service and accountability is rare these days.
Everyone there was great — from the girl at the front desk to the manager who stepped in immediately to make sure everything was taken care of. They treated me with respect and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing auto repairs after an accident. 10 out of 10 stars.”

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ace Glass on Buford Highway in Atlanta, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience. I walked in to get my table fixed, and right off the bat, the guys behind the counter started chatting with me in Japanese. They were surprised when I responded in perfect English, and I had to explain, “No, I’m not Japanese—I’m just really good at impersonating the look!” After a few laughs, they jokingly accused me of being an undercover sushi chef in disguise. The whole interaction had me in stitches, and the staff’s humor immediately put me at ease.
As for the work, Ace Glass truly delivered. My table had been through the ringer—scratched, cracked, and a total mess. The team went above and beyond, carefully repairing it and making sure the glass was as good as new. I was amazed by the precision and attention to detail they showed. Honestly, it looked like it had never been damaged at all! They even threw in some tips about caring for glass furniture, which I definitely appreciated.

Liz is the definition of a consummate professional. Every time I called, she greeted me with kindness and reassurance. She patiently answered my questions, calmed my nerves, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire experience.
I just met Ian when I picked up my car. He was incredibly kind and attentive. I found a small issue with the laminate on my console that was not there when I brought the vehicle in, and Ian took care of it without question. What I especially appreciated was that Hennessy Collision had taken meticulous before and after photos of my vehicle. Because of that, they were able to go back and clearly confirm that the laminate was not buckling when I brought my car in. That level of thoroughness, accountability, and professionalism gave me even more confidence in their process.
As for the workmanship, it was absolutely flawless. They restored my Jaguar back to baseline using everything recommended by Jaguar. You cannot even tell my vehicle was ever in an accident. The paint match, which was very specialized, is perfect.
This is exactly the level of excellence you would expect from a collision center aligned with the Hennessy luxury brand. I highly recommend them.”

“This company is, hands down, the BEST in Atlanta. I found this place after another local company did not come through with the promises of replacing my rear window after some clown broke into my car. I waited for a response from this guy, he only read my messages after promising he'd get the window my car needed.
Needless to say, I did a Google search in desperation for a replacement. I saw Auto Glass World, but they only had 3 reviews and they were all good. So, I took a chance and called. I was professionally greeted by a pleasant voice. The customer service representative, Tamara, is very knowledgeable on glass for cars. She has tons of experience, and was very efficient with scheduling.
The next day, the window technician, Nick, was on it! He found my car in a sea of cars where I work, texted me when he was there and completed the replacement in under an hour. He then let me know when he completed the work.
