“I wish I could give D & I TEN stars! They could not have done a better job getting my dream truck back to PERFECT after it was broken into. They’re friendly and personable, communicated clearly, made everything as easy as it could have been and the quality of their work is AMAZING! How long did it take? I dropped my truck off on Monday and it was ready to be picked up 4 days later on Thursday afternoon! This was a shock because I planned on having to wait a while for them to get some hard-to-find parts. They also did a fantastic job on my window tint that needed to be replaced, making sure that both windows matched perfectly. There is a really good reason that this shop is in the top 3 of the most highly rated shops in Atlanta. In fact, their customer service put the other “most highly rated shops” to shame. D & I is also a local business and not part of some national chain. This means owners who are present, hands on and personally stand behind the excellent work they do.I can tell you this, NO ONE will ever touch any vehicle I own if I need paint, bodywork, glass repair, wheel repair, window tinting, vehicle wraps, stereo/speakers or custom body parts installed. If anyone I know ever has a vehicle that needs some love, I will make sure they take it to the experts at D & I. I really wish that I had gotten them to replace my broken window because dealing with_____________ (rhymes with Apelight) was a total nightmare. These guys put the satisfaction of their customers FIRST and you will see the difference. To make things even easier, there’s an Enterprise Car rental right next door so dropping off and picking up was a breeze. “I did a quote with Auto Glass Atlanta, they were quick to reply and informative with me. Auto Glass Atlanta sent a technician out and he showed up at exactly the time he said he would, told me it would be about an hour to install and it was right at an hour minus the new wiper blade he helped me install, go ahead and try to find another company with a better quote and professionalism at the company and tech that came out to my house, I paid what I was quoted with no hidden fees unlike another known company who quoted me a price the added in a delivery fee and mobile fee glass disposal and a few other fees I can't remember and total price was $ 350 more than quoted. The windshield Auto Glass Atlanta installed isn't OEM but from my opinion and view it seems to be a better quality and design than factory.Don't mind the missing rear view mirror on the picture I broke it”

“I never leave reviews but this place was so amazing. This can be a very stressful process and the team here was very pleasant to work with every step of the way. The communication was fantastic. They emailed, texted and left voicemails about every step to make sure that I was informed as things were progressing. They managed communication with my insurance company so I didn't have be a go-between. And the Enterprise Rental car office is just below their office. Dropping my car off, getting a rental, returning the rental and picking my car up, was a completely seamless process. I will never go anywhere else for body work. If they cost more than another place, the service and convenience is worth the price difference. Oh...and my car looks better than brand new!”

“Great job and fast service. My truck was vandalized on Friday afternoon, and I was scheduled to leave for a trip on Sunday morning. The insurance company lined up someone who was supposed to repair it for me on Saturday, but they texted and said they couldn't come, put me in a real bind. The insurance company after many calls and a lot of complaining on my part, found this company at 10:45 Saturday morning. They said they could do it if I brought it to them. It is now 12:30, and both windows have been replaced. Excellent service, on a Saturday no less. The girl who runs the front desk does an amazing job.”
