“Last week, I had lost my debit card while browsing at this location. After searching the store and couldn't find the card, I went back to my car to search for my debit card and still could not find it! Eventually, I asked for the store Manager and asked if anyone had turn in a debit card and, she said no. I wrote down my contact information and asked Jasmine the store Manager, to please contact me in case anyone found my debit card and I exit the store. While I was about to leave the store's parking lot, I received a text message followed by a phone call asking me to come back to the Dollar Tree store, because someone had found the card. I was told that a man found it and hand it to one of the staff; Ms. Hiral, who proceeded to give my debit card to Ms. Jasmine, the store Manager. In my opion, this Dollar Tree is very clean and neatly organized, with an impressive product assortment. I am very thankful and impressed at the staff's work ethics, honesty, empathy and prompt response to assist me in finding my lost debit card. To the gentleman who found and returned my card; if you ever read this review, please know that I've asked GOD to bless you for your kindness! Thank you guys very much:-)”
“Went to pickup Irish coffee cups and the store was quite busy. The sales associate/cashier was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. She wrapped my glass cups carefully while dealing with someone who had left a package earlier. I thought she had her hands full but she handled it like a pro. I didn't catch her name but it was Friday 11/21 around 6:30 pm”

“I just had to pick up a few things and head back to work, I was second in line and the other register opened so I went because she asked for card only, took longer I'm noticing her register is not scanning so she's answering everything again by hand the other register everybody is done I'm still waiting but finally she give me my total just very long wait I just wanted to get in and get out plus she had her phone open on the register while she was checking me out kind of fishy because I'm a lot of these people are stealing from customers in these stores I don't want that to happen to me so just saying”

“I think when it comes to Dollar trees it's all about the location. The one off of Sandy plains road in Marietta is a great one yet now I live in Decatur and I have visited the one In Kennesaw off of Cobb Pkwy. Those two are a disaster with boxes and crap everywhere they're definitely looking for a lawsuit it's almost like they're asking for one. Because if anyone falls myself included an attorney will be involved. Regional walkthroughs should enforce safety protocols first and foremost. Most Dollar trees are unorganized and like to throw everything in the baskets at the bottom of the isles. But one thing that bothers me in particular is if your locks for lockers sell so quickly and sell out quickly, why are you not ordering more? Why are you not ordering a surplus if you know you're going to sell out within a day or two of the shipment arrival? That is senseless and keeping them from making money. Like everything else they should have options and should be ordering them in surplus. That's just a dumb move. Clean up the potential lawsuits....it's not a difficult job to manage a dollar tree. Then to change everything to $1.25. And add $5-$10 items is just stupid. Everything is cheaper at Walmart. It's started to look like Walmart for everything for from me from now on. The only reason I come here is to look to see if they have a lock which they never do and to get get gift cards and cheap gift bags or maybe some birthday decor in a specific color. Times are changing folks. For the worse nb”
“A great place to get items at bargain prices. I like to get craft supplies and organizer bins there. I cut their foam pool noodles to size to keep my boots upright in the closet. And they have mylar balloons for all occasions. They rotate their seasonal and holiday items year round.”
“The owners are a husband an wife team. They are the kindest, people u could ever meet.The wife has a very infectious smile and personality. They really care and try to please their customers, I wish all the owners of these various businesses here in Stonemountain had owners and employees as nice ,kind and professionally pleasing. “So I stopped at this location on a whim to return an item. I spoke with the shift manager at the time.. Taylor! Taylor didn't hesitate did the refund. Earlier I went by a location in Clarkston, I was told by that shift mgr that he couldn't do the return without the receipt and the general mgr would be in the next day maybe she would be able to handle the return. Again Thank You TAYLOR!!! Right after I ended up purchasing 9$ in toiletries for a family dollar customer. Again Taylor understood the assignment and handled three situation very professionally I am really stressing this point!!”

“I just visited this Dollar General location and wanted to recognize Keisha (not sure of spelling) and her team for doing an outstanding job. This was by far one of the cleanest, best-stocked Dollar General stores I’ve ever been in. The staff was friendly, there was no waiting in line, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and efficient despite having plenty of customers in the store.

People tend to forget it’s the community and their children putting things in wrong places and tearing the store up . When I worked at family dollar on Indian creek I wished someone would rush me I wished someone would huff and puff at me . You not about to raise my blood pressure over someone else merchandise that I didn’t even create and not making a profit on . Best patiently wait in line like everyone else . But anyway , it’s always laughs and smiles when I go in there .”

“This dollar general is really clean compared to a lot of the other ones I’ve been to. Items fully stocked and facing the front on the day of my visit. Normally the items are still in boxes on the floor at the other stores and I understand that they may be short staffed….. there is a young man African American not sure of his name but he is always there and the last time I came in the customers were hostile cursing and yelling because they couldn’t be a little more patient and understanding . He didn’t get out of character and maintained professionalism I just wanted to say thank you! Keep it up!”
“Ok. I don't usually like to say the "typical "ghetto" neighborhood store" BUT... First of all, PEOPLE STOP TALKING ON YOUR PHONE WHILE DOING TRANSACTIONS!!! YOU ARE HOLDING THE LINE!!!!2. People just walk in, cut the line and ask the cashier questions about what'sbehind the counter...WHAT THE EARTHLY F#@$!!! Wait your turn like everyone else! Aside from that, the cashier was nice and friendly. I didn't get a chance to walk the store because what I was looking for was behind the counter- phone charger. For the most part, what I did see was a clean store and parking lot.”

“Overall I was impressed and I rarely say that especially about FD and those type of stores. The store was cleaner then I expected. The employees were a little rude, and ignored all customers so I can't take it personally I believe it was just a lack of training.”
