“I went to Dollar tree December 8th of 2025 needing a gift for someone who is like a father figure. The employee Vernitia was extremely helpful. She gave me an excellent gift idea, left her register to help me find the item, and did it all with a smile. Excellent customer service I will definitely be back.”
“Dollar Tree stores are mostly located on the MARTA bus routes and typically are well stocked with various economically priced goods.
From casual observations, the bargain variety stores like Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, and Dollar General are experiencing some budgetary constraints. Hopefully, these pocket friendly stores will recover.”

“A great place to get items at bargain prices. I like to get craft supplies and organizer bins there. I cut their foam pool noodles to size to keep my boots upright in the closet. And they have mylar balloons for all occasions. They rotate their seasonal and holiday items year round.”

“Hi All! I’m strictly giving 5 stars because of the customer service and hospitality of Monday & The Security guard that I received today. I went in to use the facilities before shopping & as I was closing the bathroom door, all I heard was “ma’am, ma’am, ma’am” & within each time he said his tone & volume got more aggressive but I didn’t assume that he was speaking to me because I walked straight to the restroom & wasn’t greeted properly by him. When I come out, the male employee with dreads & the security is standing directly outside the restroom. Employee with the dreads says, “for future reference, the restrooms aren’t open to the public” I say, “so you don’t have restrooms for customers?” & he says no & that all locations don’t have public restrooms available for customers. It wasn’t what he said, it was his delivery. I went outside because I didn’t want to shop from this location but I still chose to because it was convenient.
I came back inside to purchase a drink, & I purposefully went to the other cashier so I didn’t have to deal with his distasteful delivery of information. So, He stops what he was doing which didn’t include checking out customers as there was a line, to hover behind Monday as if he’s ready to diffuse a situation that isn’t happening & if it did, it would be with him because if he’s going to be apart of a team or management, he needs to learn how to speak to people and have some damn common sense.
You don’t know what health concerns people are going through & they choose to stop at the closest place to release & being being hounded immediately after opening the restroom door for releasing as we all naturally do.”
“The store was very clean and organized. I met the manager because id ordered 2 cases of rocks glasses and they were in front of her office. She was very kind and obviously a people person with an energetic chi. It's nice to find a Dollar Tree not too
far from my part of town since the one that was on Morleland Ave closed for business.”

“Ok. I don't usually like to say the "typical "ghetto" neighborhood store" BUT... First of all, PEOPLE STOP TALKING ON YOUR PHONE WHILE DOING TRANSACTIONS!!! YOU ARE HOLDING THE LINE!!!!2. People just walk in, cut the line and ask the cashier questions about what'sbehind the counter...WHAT THE EARTHLY F#@$!!! Wait your turn like everyone else! Aside from that, the cashier was nice and friendly. I didn't get a chance to walk the store because what I was looking for was behind the counter- phone charger. For the most part, what I did see was a clean store and parking lot.”

“One of the components of Community is having establishments that cater to the community's specific needs. This Family Dollar does that well. The hospitality is always warm and welcoming. The staff is pretty consistent and it's nice to see the same faces visit after visit. A sign that the employees are being treated fairly. In the past 3 years that I have visited this store regularly, I've never seen the store unkept dirty or overly disorganized. On today's visit an employer went the extra mile and assisted me to the car with my load of items as I'm carrying life and am pretty huge, my mobility has become limited. The employee didn't hesitate when I asked for assistance with my items. Many of the Family Dollar merchant's in urban neighborhoods are highly flawed and discriminative towards their local customers. Not at this Family Dollar!”
“I always find disinfectant spray alcohol cleaning supplies and it's a very clean store, I they don't have it all the time but they are on the Shelf when I pop in.”
“I went to this dollar tree on a Sunday afternoon to grab some large balloons for a birthday. The store was busy and the cashier was quick, respectful and able to blow up the balloons they had in stock.”

“Always so nice & clean. Makes me wanna keep it cleaner. Neighborhood’s, like this, don’t typically have “clean” stores, although they deserve to. This DG was open today 11/27/25, 4:10pm, and it looked cleaner than it was 2 mths ago (when I should’ve 1st made a review ?)! That’s impressive. Manager was there also. “I love coming to this location because it has a lot of items that other Dollar Tree locations do not have. I appreciate the assistant manager Ike and his customer service to all the customers in the store. He is very cheerful, friendly approachable, and a great asset to this company. I have witnessed him on multiple occasions with the same friendly demeanor each time I come in and he is always helpful to everyone in the store. He will go out of his way to make sure every customer is able to find what they’re looking for and to assist them. You can guarantee whatever day you come in he will always have a smiling face. He definitely deserves his recognition, appreciation, and a raise!”

“I was Shocked to come here! I haven't seen this Family Dollar so neat in a long time! A guy opened up another register as soon as the line started getting long. The staff was helping customers but I heard (Hello well to Family Dollar) all the way from the other side of the store! “Last week, I had lost my debit card while browsing at this location. After searching the store and couldn't find the card, I went back to my car to search for my debit card and still could not find it! Eventually, I asked for the store Manager and asked if anyone had turn in a debit card and, she said no. I wrote down my contact information and asked Jasmine the store Manager, to please contact me in case anyone found my debit card and I exit the store. While I was about to leave the store's parking lot, I received a text message followed by a phone call asking me to come back to the Dollar Tree store, because someone had found the card. I was told that a man found it and hand it to one of the staff; Ms. Hiral, who proceeded to give my debit card to Ms. Jasmine, the store Manager. In my opion, this Dollar Tree is very clean and neatly organized, with an impressive product assortment. I am very thankful and impressed at the staff's work ethics, honesty, empathy and prompt response to assist me in finding my lost debit card. To the gentleman who found and returned my card; if you ever read this review, please know that I've asked GOD to bless you for your kindness! Thank you guys very much:-)”
