I love that this retailer will negotiate prices on things with damage or floor models, in store. Makes it a much better experience than the orange option.

I went to Lowe’s June 6th to purchase a refrigerator that was on sale and the sales associate told me that the sale would end June 11th. So I purchased the refrigerator and was asked if I wanted to have it delivered the next day and I said let’s have it delivered for June 13th. So on June 11th I call customer service to fix the address that was not the address I entered in for my delivery when I was told that my refrigerator was on back order and that there was no eta on when I would get it. I then went in the store and the department manager was nice but no eta on the refrigerator. So she canceled my order and I asked if they could let me have the floor model of she said yes but I would have to pick it up myself. She said that she would have a store manager call me but I have not heard anything and I’m waiting on my refund to hit my account so I can purchase a refrigerator, and need I say my refrigerator is dying! So let me say horrible service, why would an associate ever sell something on extreme back order or discontinued, and not even inform the customer! I do recommend shopping here.
Edit this 1-800-445-6937 I have called with no success at all. All of the representatives have tried to argue about this backorder or discontinued refrigerator. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible store. Very very very slow. Ordered a product yesterday. Came this morning to get it and had to wait an hour because they couldn’t find the product. Will never use this store again

Return policy is ridiculous. Be aware. Shop elsewhere. The orange box is much more customer friendly these days.

It was not too busy in the stire at 8 pm on black Friday. The clerk said it had been very busy. Bought a 7 ft Frasier fir for $63 which was a deal these days. It normally sells for $80. Got help picking out a tree and it was cut, wrapped and loaded into the suv. Lowes also had poinsettias on sale. The 1 qt was $1.50 and the 2 qt was $8. The vest time to buy. I had friendly service. The guy helping with the tree was the first person to wish me a merry Christmas. ?
