The store offers a great shopping experience with friendly service and assistance. Customers report an absolutely awesome experience, with amazing and helpful staff who are not pushy. The retailer will negotiate prices on items with damage or floor models, making for a much better experience. Specific departments, like appliances, provide excellent service, with staff helping customers get set up and coordinating quick delivery. They will also match competitors' prices. While there was an isolated issue with a discount not being applied at one register, other employees were extremely gracious, providing phenomenal customer service to rectify the situation. Overall, Lowe's is a place for great deals, from Christmas trees and poinsettias to major appliances, with helpful staff who provide a terrific experience.
I'm getting tired of Lowes being my first stop, then Home Depot or Ace becoming the second stop b/c something I need is either is out of stock or not carried at Lowes.
