Two recent good experiences. I went there two weeks ago on a Monday to find a washing machine to replace ours that finally died. We never really liked it, so we didn't try to resuscitate it. I wasn't in the appliance area even 10 minutes when a friendly sales associate arrived to help me. I had researched their machines beforehand, so I already knew what I wanted. We did the paperwork, arranged the delivery for that Wednesday. The installers arrived on time, and zip, zip, done! I also went to the lighting department to but some lampcord, and was immediately helped. The next example was today, involving my wife. She loaded up on various plants in the garden shop and was struggling with them in her cart. One of the associates immediately waved her into his line, checked her out, and then heiped her load the plants into her SUV. We both noted that this store has staffed up with more helpful associates than they've ever had since this store was built. Keep up the good work!

I did an online order that gave me a date for pickup. On the day of pick up no one contacted me regarding the delay. I called for 2 days trying to get updates. I spoke to a manager (not sure of name and he offered 10% off for the delay. I asked for more and he was done with me and the call and stated I had to call the 800 number. The 800 number stated they would give me only 10% off and only after I received my order, but I had to call them again to beg for it. Once the order was in the store no one contacted me. When I called the store, I was told receiving left for the day. The day after tracking showed it was delivered to them, I called in yet again. After calling in multiple times I was on hold over an hour with no help. I then called back in and spoke to Teresa who was so helpful. She asked Larry ( believe his name), stated it did not matter that it was delivered the day before, it was not unloaded and that I would get a notification when ready. Not sure if he knew I could hear him in the background. I asked her to get her manager which was David, I believe and he was able to locate my order and have it ready for my pickup. I expressed that I could have gone to a competitor if I would have known they do business like this. I was on a time constraint for my project and looks like no one other than two people cared. The young lady who ad me on hold for a long time is the one in the store who completed my order when I picked it up...mentioned my discount and never took it off.

What a pain since I don’t live close to this store…. Register rang up at full price despite the item being on clearance. I don’t notice until I was back home. Charged to my LAR account so receipt is easily available online and was emailed to me. I offered the store manager to text or email him a copy yet he refused to help, requiring me to come back to the store to make an adjustment.

Price rung up incorrect as register didn't reflect the clearance price. Manager could help at all. I live an hour from the store and they required me to come in to the store to adjust for their mistake.

Theresa in customer service is awesome!!! She has a great attitude and is super helpful and stuck with me until my needs were met and she’s very fun to chat with!!!She has helped me twice now and both times she rocked!!!! I will always go to her if she’s working!!!

I shop here occasionally since it's not as close as HD to my home, and I will shop here less after my experience with Dianne, who was the only person in the tools department.Diane is obviously a very grumpy woman. (I think) because I simply asked her where a tool was, and she was offended and upset that I didn't take the time to introduce myself and wish her a happy day before asking where the tool was that I was looking for. After she decided to correct my apparent lack of manners, she then told me the incorrect aisle for the tool and I eventually found it on my own.

October 2023 I had the pleasure of meeting Theresa (who also assisted my sister that same morning) as well as Maurice. Both employees made sure we had what we needed without hesitation, but with laughter and joy! They are both 2 gems of this company! They deserve many blessings! Thank you both for making that visit perfect!
