I speak very little Engish and the 2 cust ser reps spoke spanish mostly but they went above and beyond . The BEST METRO SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I had the wifi gateway for 2 months and it quit working they swaped out the Unit without any hassle! Great service!!!
