So came all the way out to this store, which has a much higher rating. They were a little busy, but Carlos was very helpful, he knows what to do after I told him my situation, and the whole process is done in no time. Please somebody give him an award or something...

“I speak very little Engish and the 2 cust ser reps spoke spanish mostly but they went above and beyond . The BEST METRO SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I had the wifi gateway for 2 months and it quit working they swaped out the Unit without any hassle! Great service!!!”
