My first impression of this establishment occured on a Saturday afternoon after I had purchased jewelry from Zales Outlet at Sugar Loaf Mills.
I also needed to have a ring resized and they could not find it in their Zales data base - neither could Kay Jewelers for warranty. I know I bought it from one of them but that's a different story. I was very happy with my experience at Zales and will do a review once my jewelry is ready.
Upon running a few more errands in Stone Mountain - City Fix and Gifts caught my eye. The name is just enough to let you know they do a little bit of everything ! When I saw jewelry repair on the door I went in to see if they could resize my ring.
Sure enough the owner was very friendly but not attempting to sell me anything more than what I came in for - he focused on what I wanted and assured me it would be taken care of. I asked if he could also clean the ring for me.
This was a Saturday AFTERNOON. I received a call Monday afternoon letting me know the ring was ready!!! It sparkled so much I did my best Fred Sanford when I got home LOL
I also plan to purchase/repair more jewelry, have them look at my computer storage and I have to remember that they have copy/print/fax services. Check out the establishment for yourself!”

“I switched over from Verizon today and after online setup was done, I had 0 cell service on either of my lines. I couldn’t get through to customer service, so in a panic, I came to this store. The two gentlemen working today, I wish I noted their names, were my heroes! I was in the store no more than 20 minutes and in that time they were able to fix both my phones and get me back online. I have NEVER received that kind of service from Verizon, and this experience at the AT&T store just validated my decision to switch. Thank you guys, for helping me so quickly and seamlessly. Not all heroes wear capes ?”

“Last Sunday afternoon was one of the worse days for me. So many things had gone wrong for me that day, I had actually broken down and cried. I went into the Cricket store to find some way to charge my phone because I was stranded. Two of the most kind young ladies helped me. Alejandra and Ashley were my angels of the day. Alejandra even gave me a hug and reassured me that it would be ok. The kindness those two young ladies showed me, honestly helped encourage me to get through the rest of the day. “Dara was a godsend. It was a Sunday and the well-known chain of shops that my phone insurance company uses no longer stocks screens for slightly older Samsung phones, so they had told me I needed to get a new device. I called him and not only did he have the part in stock but he was able to do it quickly and stayed late on a Sunday to help me out. If not for him all of my secondary authentications required for my employers would have been out of service for a few days, awaiting whatever Verizon wanted to send to me. Instead I was able to be back and running in less than 2 hours & all ready for Monday morning. His work was quick but thorough, and everything is working great.
