I was told to go to an AT&T store. I changed my visit to this store and as I was walking up to Emily and explaining my problem she took the phone and had it up and running quickly. Sean and Emily were great and this will be my AT&T store now.”

“Jessica and Derrick were both really helpful when I came in. I was looking to start a new phone plan with AT&T and came in pretty close to closing on a busy day. Derrick was really helpful, gave great suggestions, and generally a fun conversationalist. Eventually I had wrong information from my old carrier and needed to come back the next day. I worked with Jessica the next day, and she was holding down the fort really well. Apparently Derrick had gone to get more SIM cards, truly a noble quest. Especially because I preferred a physical SIM, the timing was excellent. The process went really smoothly, and I had a wonderful experience overall. Despite the high volumes of customers (back to school at GT), they gave everyone undivided attention and great service!”

“I came in on Sunday afternoon to add a 6th line to my account. I was greeted promptly and then assisted by Malik. Malik was knowledgable about current promotions and didn’t waste any time getting my new line added. Malik continued to greet each additional guest that walked in with a “good afternoon, we’ll be with you shortly.” We created small talk about my profession while going through the process. The other associates (two males) were also professional based on my casual conversation about a shared interest and observations of their service with other guests. I live south of Atlanta but would not hesitate to return to this location because of Malik’s service. This location is much better than my local store (Fayetteville). Please let Malik and the other two gentlemen that worked Sunday (3/10/24) afternoon know they’re appreciated.”
