“Last Sunday afternoon was one of the worse days for me. So many things had gone wrong for me that day, I had actually broken down and cried. I went into the Cricket store to find some way to charge my phone because I was stranded. Two of the most kind young ladies helped me. Alejandra and Ashley were my angels of the day. Alejandra even gave me a hug and reassured me that it would be ok. The kindness those two young ladies showed me, honestly helped encourage me to get through the rest of the day. Excellent customer service! Above and beyond!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Boost Mobile store on Buford Hwy truly deserves it. Most phone stores I’ve dealt with in the past have been rude, rushed, and careless, but this location stands head and shoulders above the rest. The staff here are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. They even patiently waited while I took a long time getting my bank info together—never once making me feel rushed or like a burden. On top of that, they kept things light with humor, which made the whole process surprisingly pleasant. When I came back later to make my purchase, he even acknowledged me right away. That level of attention and respect is rare these days, and I was honestly impressed given the customer service climate today. They also went above and beyond by sharing quality tips on using and caring for my phone—something you rarely get anywhere else. The difference in service here compared to other stores is night and day. Honestly, I don’t see myself going anywhere else for my phone needs again. If you’ve had bad experiences at other locations like I have, do yourself a favor and come here—you’ll see the difference immediately.”
