The level of incompetence at this bank branch is ASTOUNDING! It is BREATHTAKING! I don't write bad reviews. Truist had poorly investigated a failure to refund case I brought to them. I did not get my money back; I let it go. Too small of an amount of money and too big of a bureaucracy to get locked down in a fight. I let it go though a business knowingly stole my money and Truist offered no explanation as to why they would not get it back on my behalf.
Now on top of this, I go to this branch a few weeks later to report that my card was not working - no swipe, chip or insert feature worked on any machine. After doubting me by having me go "across the street" to test as "everything looks good on our end," they relent and cancel the card. But... oops... they don't have any temporary cards in house on this Friday thirty minutes before closing. I was not the least bit upset, actually. I withdrew money to hold me over the weekend. The manager told me to "come back tomorrow if you can." I told her to have a nice day; she laughed. I was fine.
A week later, I still don't have a card. I return to the bank. I joke with the associate, telling her that it has been a difficult trying to live without a card. I need groceries, ordering delivery is costly. She gives me a card, tells me that the card has the same PIN. Something about the way she said it stuck with me. Hours later... that night... I'm in line at the supermarket self checkout and the PIN doesn't work. The associate tells me to go "across the street" to see if it works... at Truist. The Truist ATM doesn't recognize it either. I had had several incidents like this before the failure to refund incident that led me to find creative ways to bank without interacting with tellers or bank associates. It was heaven; I handled all activity on my own. Who knew that the failure of this stupid card would force me into this week-long human interaction; 100% AI can't come soon enough - you can program machines to care and attend to detail.

This review is not about this branch specifically but Truist as a company. I have been in contact with their corporate customer service and executive customer service without help to my incurred cost because of their policy.
Complete rip-off. Truist policy states that a business account will go dormant a year after the last deposit or debit transaction initiated within Truist. I regularly make payments to my credit card company from the credit card company website but these are not counted as Truist initiated. So, my Truist business account went dormant, and I was charged a return check fee from my credit card company that Truist does not want to refund.
To further this, there is no information to provided to me by Truist that my account is dormant. It is not highlighted on a statement nor is there a notification when logging into the Truist business website. I receive solicitations, statement notices, emails and texts but not one thing tells me that my account is dormant. Somehow, I am supposed to remember, for Truist only, of this policy and then remember when the last transaction was processed that met the qualifications of said policy.
Customer service will call once but will never follow up when asked. I spoke with the executive team on this and still will not reimburse my loss and only refers to "policy."
Stay far away from Truist. They do not care about their customers. I will be moving all accounts away and will spread that information to all that will listen.

I want to thank Sabina Lopez who helped me with everything needed for my business offering several options. She was knowledgeable, efficient and very accommodating. She made the process pleasant and communicated back in a timely manner. Overall, I'm happy with my choice and look forward to working with Sabina and Truist bank on my future business endeavors.

Like others here have noted, poor customer service, long wait times, tellers are not allowed to do basic transactions, don't bother here.

I came in on a Saturday and waited for half an hour with my 12yo son to open up a savings account to deposit his birthday checks. Instead of taking the time to help us they told us we'd have to come back during the week--when he's in school--and refused to help us set up an appointment for another time.Closing my account.

They seem to have trouble following the requests given by the clients. They then proceeded to mock and laugh at these two men that they were attending just because they look like "hermanos" they looked really uncomfortable and was very offensive and RACIST. Will not coming to this branch anymore.

I recently started using Truist as my main bank and have been extremely impressed with their service. The online and mobile banking options are user-friendly and make it easy to manage my accounts on the go. The customer service team has been helpful and responsive whenever I've had a question or issue. The bank also offers a wide range of financial products and services, including investment options and credit cards. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to switch to Truist and would highly recommend them to others.
