T.J. Maxx is a large, clean, and well-organized store. It offers decent prices on a good selection of high-quality, brand name merchandise, including clothes and nice housewares. Many find the store inviting with friendly service. It is noted for having many great new items to choose from, and some locations are bigger than others. However, some customers report that it is not a plus-size-friendly store, with limited size selections for curvy pants. The general layout and stock of certain items can also be limited. Overall, it provides an ever-changing selection at amazing value.
My experience at this store was amazing due to the lovely associate that helped me. I wanted to look at some of the jewelry and they were very helpful and kind. They really made my day. I believe their name was Phoenix!
