Madewell offers an incredible customer service reminiscent of old school department stores - a salesperson assists you throughout your shopping and pulls new sizes and styles as needed.Diana was super helpful, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the store’s offerings. She convinced me to size down on a pair of jeans when I’d normally be too nervous about tightness. She was right though! I’ve worn the pair a few times and they remain comfortable and contoured to my body in a flattering way throughout the day, but also provide stretch as I’m moving about. I left the store with two new pairs of high quality jeans.I’m probably not buying jeans anywhere else going forward. I’m happy to support fair trade products and the companies that are working to normalize it. The clothing is exceptionally well made (I’m sure this joke has been made 500 times) and is well worth the price point.
