They didn't have what I needed and basically told me to hit the bricks, so I barely got into O'Reilly before they closed. Despite O'Reilly not having exactly what I needed, the manager there took the time to help me find an alternative part that got me back up and running that night. Excellent service, I'll always be going with them!”

“A young employee, named Bruce was working front counter when I came in. He helped me with checking battery. After determining battery was bad he sold me a new battery and removed old battery. It wasn't the easiest job due to the corrosion on negative terminal but his persistence got the battery terminal lose and installed new battery! I could definitely see him being a great leader for autozone! He's a keeper. I could see him becoming a store manager and his costumer service and co/worker skills will get him a management position one day!”
“Very pleased with the repairs done after hitting a deer. They were in constant communication and took care of everything with the insurance company. When the insurance company wouldn’t pay for a new matching headlight (they only convered one), the shop worked with me on an affordable replacement. Would highly recommend!For those complaining about the length of time repairs take….supply chain issues are NOT the fault of the body shop. ?”
“Had an emergency flat and tire issues while visiting for a family wedding and still had to drive 8 hours back home the following day. Luckily was able to have my flat temporarily repaired and this place was open early on Sunday and was quickly able to replace all my tires and fit me in first thing. From my frantic call Sunday night to how efficient and kind they were the day of, 10/10 customer service and a great auto center!”
