“These guys are awesome! I took my Rubicon there for a minor repair and they did a super job and the pricing was extremely fair. Most recently I took my Honda Pilot there thinking I needed new seals on my sunroof. Jake looked at it and said the drain holes were probably clogged. He blew them out for me and now it drains like it is supposed to. They could have easily said it needed repair but they are above board and honest. Great business that I will use for future needs.”

We got to this location and Case was super helpful and kind and checked the battery for us along with seeing if there were any stored codes. Everything checked out good but I appreciated him reassuring us that there were no stored codes and our battery was good. Great customer service!!!”
“Check engine light came on and took my car to O’Reillys here in Blue Ridge. We got it scanned and found out that the thermostat may be bad. We also found that the coolant was low. Josh came out and took a look at my car after we asked for help and he was more than happy to come up and help us look at the car and help us fill it up with coolant. “My battery died on the last day of vacationing near Ellijay, Georgia. After trying to buy a battery at another parts store, and learning they wouldn't install it for me, because of all the electrical stuff attached to the top of the battery, told me to try and book an appointmentat a garage(on a Saturday morning). I called napa and explained the situation,
the gentleman ( I wish I remembered his name) at napa said 'I can tell you're in a bind and I'll help you figure it out, come on over and I'll help you the best I can' ! Well it was a real pain in behind, but he worked diligently at it and got me all fixed up ! I really appreciate this gentleman going above and beyond to get me out of a pinch”

“My boyfriend and I had a great experience buying a new 2023 lifted Silverado here! Enoch helped us out a lot, showed us all the features in great detail, and made the trade in process very simple. Dewwey was also very friendly and walked us through the credit application and everything else we needed to drive off the lot happily! We felt very attended to and we're happy we made the drive up here...never felt rushed or pushed to sign things like we have in some of the bigger city dealerships down South. We'll be coming back here when we're ready for another new car in the family!”

“While passing through Ellijay the power steering and idler went out on our bronco leaving us stranded for 8hrs. My husband and nephew managed to get it running enough to get to Advance. Matt was awesome. He went above and beyond his call of duty to help us get it running. He was kind and considerate. He kept weary and worn out traveler's hopeful with his positive attitude. Thank you Matt. I also will add we were stranded in a wrecker service parking lot. After calling them 2x with no response we are extra grateful Matt helped us.
