“I have been taking Sadie to AquaDog to get groomed since she was a puppy. Every time we go, she gets so excited and happy. Our groomer, Katie B, is amazing and does such as great job.I recently started taking Sadie there for Daycare. She loves it! After every visit, I receive a report card with pictures. It really helps give us a peace of mind that she is having a great time, getting exercise and socializing in a controlled environment.I am planning to take a long trip in the summer and have made a reservation to board her with AquaDog. This will be our first time boarding her for more than a couple of days. After doing a lot of research, AquaDog seems to be one of the only places in town that has someone on staff 24/7. Again, it provides that peace of mind that she will be well taken care of.The staff is so friendly, kind and transparent. They are always willing to answer all questions I ask. And they know Sadie's name as soon as we walk in the door.”

“I shop here occasionally and always have a good experience with the employees. I like that they carry small animal supplies too! I used the self serve dog wash today for the first time. The area itself is fairly small and smells a bit like mildew (granted, it does stay wet in there). They have two lifted tubs, probably not an ideal size for something like a Great Pyrenees or Great Dane, but otherwise would fit most large dogs. The water pressure was great and I loved the adjustable nozzle for the hose. I didn’t use any of the shampoos but they had a few options as well as brushes and mitts. I also didn’t use the drying station but they had two groom tables for you to dry on. I was given plenty of towels at the register to use, as well as a couple treats for my dog. For the price point, I’d definitely use this service again!”
