“I love this store! I took my son bird shopping for our new pet and no place let us hold a bird except this store. Conures can be very nippy birds and we wanted a good fit. With the price of conures I didn’t want to spend that much money on a bird that hates us. My son bonded right there in the store and Fruit Loop has a forever home! It is very obvious to me they handle their animals out of the cages because this bird was snuggly from day one. The cages are appropriate sizes and the animals look healthy. Also the staff is so nice and always ask my kids how our bird is doing when we go buy supplies for him. They have the zupreme pellets we need and they are a great price.”

“I went to this store for the first time and John and Roy were INCREDIBLY helpful! It is my first time owning fish and I was having a hard time cycling my tank in a timely manner (trying and struggling for almost two weeks)... They gave me some magical stuff and my tank started cycling within a few hours... I was very shocked and surprised!! That was actually amazing and I will definitely be a repeat customer now that I can actually start stocking fish! “We have been taking our Yorkie to Amber at PetSense for his grooming for quite a while, even though it was an hour away from our home in northern Georgia . Now that we've moved to St. Elmo, we're only fifteen minutes away. Amber does a fabulous job and is personable and professional. The retail staf is also nice and helpful when we purchase our dog's food and other things from the store. We couldn't ask for a better situation for us or our fur baby!”
