“My mom called me frantically from out of town because she got a notification that she hadn’t locked her storage unit back properly. I figured it was a long shot since I didn’t have any real information like unit numbers or entry codes but, since I was already in the area, I decided to stop in and see what I could do to fix things. YALL. These ladies were WONDERFUL. They saw me coming and held the door open. I explained why I was there and they IMMEDIATELY recognized who my mother was and what needed to happen. One lady patiently entertained my preschooler with a smile while the other helped me get my mom sorted. They cut the lock off, which, by the way, was like watching an episode of Charlie’s Angels, and gave me a replacement lock for free. I walked away with new keys, peace of mind for my mom, a happy kid (which, this type of errand should have left her bored, hot, and MISERABLE so that’s a miracle in itself), and an overall positive experience. They will definitely be my first recommendation to friends. Don’t sleep on Extra Space Storage in Fort O! Truly Storage Angels.”

“Great place! Convenient! It's not climate controlled, but they keep the place really nice and the prices aren't bad and you get insurance coverage for just a few bucks more! If you need a place to store things, this is definitely a place to check out. I have read the review posted from 6 months ago before mine and things have changed, they have video cameras and they have police officers going by every day.”
