In other words, what I experienced through the process of reserving my storage unit, to going into the office and sitting down with Sandy to complete the paper work, to Tony providing me with my lock and key, as well as driving ahead of me to the unit site to ensure that my gate code would allow me entry through the gates worked properly, was amazing customer service and attention to details. They are a very pleasant couple, who work very well together to provide excellent customer service to their customers.”
