“I've had two units here for many years. I recently downsized and have just one. I've always been pleased with the units, how they are maintained and the how the grounds are maintained. I've been there when the lawn crew has been there and I've seen them spray for the weeds and clean up small pieces of trash that may have been left behind. I've also seen them spray for pests. This company takes pride in this facility, and you can tell. And it is most appreciated. I used to buy and resell storage units with my sisters and have been to many different facilities. Public is the absolute worst. I've purchased units from public many times and at different locations and every single one of them are the exact same. The units are not well insulated and dirt, debris, leaves, and even water were always in those units. Here at cloud springs, I have never once had an issue with leaks, or excess dirt, or debris ending up in either of my units. And also, it's by a creek and still I have never had an issue with water or moisture or even pests which is a big plus for me! My personal items are always dry and clean. I would never use another place unless it was climate controlled.”
“Tabby, not like the cat. She was very curteous, professional, and extremely helpful. While Public Storage has been going away from having managers or personnel at the site. I just happened to arrive at the right time, while she was there. Not only do I believe she went above and beyond in accommodating my needs. She wanted to ensure I had the best unit size available, and best deal possible. While I understand the need to have online reservations, it was a great relief and pleasure to have human service. I applaud Tabby for her Professional go get it attitude, knowledge and care for customer service.”

“Great place! Convenient! It's not climate controlled, but they keep the place really nice and the prices aren't bad and you get insurance coverage for just a few bucks more! If you need a place to store things, this is definitely a place to check out. I have read the review posted from 6 months ago before mine and things have changed, they have video cameras and they have police officers going by every day.”
