“Rarely will you find a body shop as courteous and professional. We had a modest fender bender and, after getting all the OKs from the insurance company, took note of two recommendations from people whom we trust...and came to Casey. He could not have been more courteous...and as savvy as they come when dealing with insurance claims. Due to an additional find once the bumper came off (which Casey predicted might be the case), a supplemental communique was sent to the insurance company. No issues so far. We will have to bring the car back to Casey when the part (back ordered) arrives. It will be a pleasure having another experience with Casey and his team.”

“Pulled over on the side of the road headed back home from vacation 3 days before Christmas and my truck wouldn't start when I went to turn it back on. Called Finley's and they listened, asked a few questions, and recommended I climb under the truck and beat on the starter with something metal, while my wife turned the ignition. They assured me this would work and if not to call them back. Sure enough truck started up and I was able to get my wife, 3 kids, and a dog back home for Christmas. Thanks again so very much and Merry Christmas again.”

And they offer free repair of tires bought from them, which is good since I got a nail in a tire a month later.They do stay busy so that says something.Although I initially tried using their online quote request and no one ever called me, so I don't think that's working.”
