“A+ in every aspect. It is apparent the owners Billy and Frank strive for 100% customer satisfaction. I had the front struts, shocks and steering column repaired. The car runs better than ever. What I appreciated the most was their integrity, first explaining what the repair would entail and the estimate. However after diagnosing the steering column rattle, they called to inform me it was only a joint that warranted replacement and not the entire intermediate shaft like they anticipated. The repair cost was substantially less than the original estimate . That, has never happened to me. These men not only take pride in repairing your car, they are as honest as the day is long. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you ARI!”

“This is the best shop there is to take a Powerstroke to. Patrick and his guys know their stuff and stand behind what they do. I took him a truck two other shops in north Georgia misdiagnosed and he figured the issue out in a couple hours and explained it well and gave me options. My 6.0 fought them to the end because of things that other shops had done incorrectly before I owned it, but they stuck with it to the end and fixed everything. Don’t waste your time taking your Powerstroke anywhere else and take it here to get it done right the first time.”

After having them look over the vehicle, it was determined that I idler arm I had installed was bad from the manufacturer and they had me go buy a New idler arm and they replaced it and redid the alignment. Free of charge overall happy with the service after speaking with Mr. Jeremy at Pritchett.
PSA: took my truck to prichett last week for a alignment and to get my idler arm installed.
After a week it had fell out of alignment got under it to check what was going on.
They never greased the idler arm even though I verbally told them it wasn’t pre greased and wrote it on the bag.
It’s a good thing I knew what I was looking at and didn’t just go on there “it’s good”.
I understand mistakes happen but they were rude from the start of this whole process and ended it by almost costing me $400.”

“We took our little Honda Civic for a timing belt replacement, which they did quickly and effectively for a fair price. In the next few days the car started making some noise, so we took it to them early in the morning and all of the guys jumped right on it and figured it out very quickly and fixed the issue(turns out it was the power steering). “EXCELLENT service by Josh and Edgar at Wal-Mart Auto Care in Cleveland for oil change. Made an appointment for Sunday afternoon oil change; despite there being a steady flow of other appointments, our van was taken in right on time and was done 30 minutes later (which was half the time of the one hour projected time requirement for an oil change at WM Auto Care). At the end of the oil change, Josh and Edgar pointed out that the plastic shield underneath the front bumper of the van was hanging down extremely low (which I was aware of but had not had time to fix). They then asked permission to reattach the plastic sheild to the lower front bumper of the van, which they did at no extra cost. I've always been pleased with the oil change service at this location, and today's service warrants a 5 star review. Highly recommend these good folks for oil changes... which are usually HALF the cost of most other oil change locations. WHY would you pay more?”
