I walked in just to make a few prints… and walked out happy, grateful, and honestly blown away! ? All thanks to Kiesha, who gave me a level of personalized service that’s incredibly rare to find these days.

He did not speak fast like he was trying to get by me and move onto the next person that needed help. He actually looked at me when he was talking to me. His choice of words did not sound like they came from a computer or that he had said it 1000 times already that day. It seemed like he was talking to me, not to a practice bot for Improving customer service skills.”
