First and foremost the quality was perfect and consistent throughout.Secondly Sam, made sure that I knew what quality shirt I wanted to print on and showed me options. This I really appreciated because I want this to be peoples’ favorite shirt for comfort as well as design.On top of that, they COMMUNICATED. I myself, missed a couple of emails and checked my email days later to see that they were very quick in responding. I was even scared that my delayed response would push the time that the shirts were done. But Nope. He told me a day and stuck with it. After being dismissed from multiple day care facilities, he found a caring team here. Vic, Pam, and the rest of the staff cared deeply for my child and also helped refer me to therapies he needed, like Speech and Language therapy and Occupational therapy.
