“I was surprised at the customer service skills of the staff. They were very professional, and I’m going to say it out loud the area would make you think that the service would be subpar however, I travel around the United States and do a lot of business with rental trucks and I realize this staff had a very professional demeanor not only that they seem to have a good camaraderie amongst their coworkers to which I found very satisfactory my process was simple. I was served with politeness and again I would definitely revisit the Covington Highway location at any time and feel confident I have been treated fairly.”

“I spoke with GC when I arrived. He was very helpful. It wasn’t busy when I first came in but within a few minutes the phone was ringing and another customer came in and he helped us all quickly and professionally. Returning the truck was fast and simple as well. I did not catch the name of the guys who were there when I dropped it off but again , quick and professional. Cleanest u Haul I’ve rented since being in GA. Would definitely come here again. Giving 4 stars because they didn’t have a dolly available but everything else was on point.”

“Amazing customer service and very helpful in general. Tiwannie helped me out so much especially on ways to extend my rental if it didn’t let me on the app. U-Haul let me extend my rental 2 times with zero hassle and accommodated anything I need. John also was very helpful with my first rental and had and has such great customer service. In general this place has a great service and every time I rent with them, they make me feel like they have known me forever. Thanks again for all the help in my movie.”
