“The manager, and the entire staff went above and beyond providing Stellar Customer Service and Support as they provided us a new truck!! Assisted us with vehicle trailer coupling, us loading/securing my vehicle!!! Amazing!!! Overall, my family's experience was awesome!!!”
“Yesica and Anthony are amazing! We had a nightmare pickup and were told lots of false details. The staff here was friendly and helpful and eager to make it right and see to it that we had a pleasant experience. 10/10 recommend pleasant hill U-Haul storage.”
“Amazing customer service and very helpful in general. Tiwannie helped me out so much especially on ways to extend my rental if it didn’t let me on the app. U-Haul let me extend my rental 2 times with zero hassle and accommodated anything I need. John also was very helpful with my first rental and had and has such great customer service. In general this place has a great service and every time I rent with them, they make me feel like they have known me forever. Thanks again for all the help in my movie.”

“I believe the guys name was von. Anyway we had been sent from rental place to rental place for a car dolly told everyone from the main 1800 number had them( they did NOT). Was in GA and the main number was sending us back to Alabama to a U- haul place. Von didn’t have one but looked it up fixed our reservation and gave us directions to the one that did. BIG thank you to him for going above and beyond to help us out. Ended vacation different than we wanted to but headed home now with car in tow. Von you need a raise thanks man”

“Ricardo is an exceptionly mannerable youngman . He goes above and beyond to supply top notch customer service . Ms Charles runs her ship by example I see. She also cares about her customers . She left the office to come and help me 15 minutes before going home with a smile . Great customer service unfortunately is a rarity today. Thank you team for keeping it old school we appreciate ya!”
