“It’s my first time renting a U-HAUL in my life and let me tell you, they may have earned a repeat customer with my interaction and help from the Associate there named Uterria. Although, I only spoke to her on the phone she was polite, knowledgeable, quick and helpful. Due to a mishap, I had to change the reservation date after it had already been marked as pickup (never actually used the vehicle and needed it for a different day). She didn’t miss a step and got me changed over really quickly and I appreciate that as a lot of places have questionable customer service and wouldn’t have helped without at least attempting to swindle you out of something extra. Haven’t even actually used a U-Haul yet but, this experience set the tone. Thank you Uteria! Thank you U-HAUL for hiring such a great person. A sweet voice, a great personality and great customer service goes a long way in customer retention/relations! 😊”

“The storage facility is in a very convenient location, easy to get in and out of. The on-site staff is very accommodating. I asked them to show me a couple of the units so that I can decide which one I wanted and they were very happy to do it. Their checkout system is done via video in the lobby and you get the same rate as the online rate Sam assisted me in checking out and she was lovely. You do get a discount if you have homeowners insurance so come prepared with a photo of your declarations page. Overall, it’s been a great experience”

“My Company leases our truck from Ryder. We are based out of Fletcher, NC and run from Asheville to South Atlanta on a daily basis. We frequently need service and have been to almost all shops between Asheville and Atlanta.
Doraville has the best customer service of all of them. Vic has been great in getting us back on the road and I would like to give a special shout out to Kaiden who is so friendly and determined to get our truck fixed. Vic and Kaiden have excellent customer service skills and Ryder should be grateful to have them working for them.

“Convenient and friendly. My only complaint is that it can take forever to get your equipment even when you have done everything on line because so many people do nothing before they arrive. If you have an appointment and you have your business in order, they should take you at your reservation time and let the unprepared wait.”
