“It was a pretty good experience except for the other day when I went to go to my storage someone had backed into it I'm assuming the cameras will catch it. They have a very clean facility and their bathroom is immaculatep so I give it a five star it's never too crowded although the space in the parking spots are very close you never feel overwhelmed and from what I see they have a 24-hour staff”

“The storage facility is in a very convenient location, easy to get in and out of. The on-site staff is very accommodating. I asked them to show me a couple of the units so that I can decide which one I wanted and they were very happy to do it. Their checkout system is done via video in the lobby and you get the same rate as the online rate Sam assisted me in checking out and she was lovely. You do get a discount if you have homeowners insurance so come prepared with a photo of your declarations page. Overall, it’s been a great experience”

“I was surprised at the customer service skills of the staff. They were very professional, and I’m going to say it out loud the area would make you think that the service would be subpar however, I travel around the United States and do a lot of business with rental trucks and I realize this staff had a very professional demeanor not only that they seem to have a good camaraderie amongst their coworkers to which I found very satisfactory my process was simple. I was served with politeness and again I would definitely revisit the Covington Highway location at any time and feel confident I have been treated fairly.”

If you have an appointment and you have your business in order, they should take you at your reservation time and let the unprepared wait.”
“We had the best experience we have ever had. The site was in a great location, easy to find. But what made it awesome was how quickly we were able to get the truck. Many of my other experiences with U-haul felt slow, unorganized and painfully long. I had to schedule 1-2 hours just for pick up. This one we were second in line and still got in and out in 10 minutes. I appreciated how kind and competent Keem was at this location. He just did a great job and was knowledgable and helpful. We even reached out to his manager and told him what a great job he did and how impressed we were with the service. The manager was working, helping customers, and stated how important it was for him to provide quality service. I was very impressed. I wish all Uhauls were like this. ***Bonus we loved getting a newer truck to pick up and deliver my aunts brand new couch!”

From the moment I walked in, he guided me through the entire rental process with professionalism and patience. I wasn’t sure what size truck I needed, but Andrew took the time to explain everything clearly and recommended a 16-foot truck for my 2-bedroom move. He was absolutely right — it was the perfect fit and surprisingly easy to maneuver through apartment complexes.
His knowledge, friendliness, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful day feel completely manageable. If you’re moving and want expert guidance and great customer service, ask for Andrew C. at Penske Norcross — he’s the best!”
“I spoke with GC when I arrived. He was very helpful. It wasn’t busy when I first came in but within a few minutes the phone was ringing and another customer came in and he helped us all quickly and professionally. Returning the truck was fast and simple as well. I did not catch the name of the guys who were there when I dropped it off but again , quick and professional. Cleanest u Haul I’ve rented since being in GA. Would definitely come here again. Giving 4 stars because they didn’t have a dolly available but everything else was on point.”

Small trucks available . Ms.Zhanae made sure I received a small truck which had just been returned and needed to be checked in. Also There was a customer before me who stated he will come back and rent the next day due to no hand truck dollys being available to rent .. Again ..Ms. Zhanae went out to the trucks and was determined to find him a dolly( which she did ) . In the end , both customers were satisfied and she did NOT let her customer walk Away unhappy. “They had the only 22 foot truck in the area, I drove 45 mins to pick it up. Drove it off the lot with a trailer, and the check engine light came on. Called Penske, they had me go to a repair shop, it cost me 5 hours on the move day. The reason I’m rating them five stars is they gave me a decent amount of money back for my trouble. I would use Penske again before Uhaul hands down”
