Self Storage in Clarkston, GA

“I usually don't do reviews, but Stephanie's stellar customer service drove me here. She goes above and beyond for her customer's with no complaints, and makes sure the entire building is clean to the best of her abiity. She deserves any promotion that you can think of. I really appreciate her. Peaches, left her store in great hands. She deserves to be manager of this store and more.”

“It’s my first time renting a U-HAUL in my life and let me tell you, they may have earned a repeat customer with my interaction and help from the Associate there named Uterria. Although, I only spoke to her on the phone she was polite, knowledgeable, quick and helpful. Due to a mishap, I had to change the reservation date after it had already been marked as pickup (never actually used the vehicle and needed it for a different day). She didn’t miss a step and got me changed over really quickly and I appreciate that as a lot of places have questionable customer service and wouldn’t have helped without at least attempting to swindle you out of something extra. Haven’t even actually used a U-Haul yet but, this experience set the tone. Thank you Uteria! Thank you U-HAUL for hiring such a great person. A sweet voice, a great personality and great customer service goes a long way in customer retention/relations! 😊”

“Ricardo is an exceptionly mannerable youngman . He goes above and beyond to supply top notch customer service . Ms Charles runs her ship by example I see. She also cares about her customers . She left the office to come and help me 15 minutes before going home with a smile . Great customer service unfortunately is a rarity today. Thank you team for keeping it old school we appreciate ya!”
