Discussed the car called them back Friday morning and discussed it some more wired him the money Friday afternoon and they made arrangements to have it delivered over 300 miles to my home by Saturday afternoon. An A1 transaction from start to finish. I could not say anything more about them. they were great!! everyone that I dealt with was very professional.”

“No Hassel, straight forward easy process. Bring in your car, answer a few questions, they do an inspection and give you an offer to buy your car. Process normally takes about 30 minutes, today was a bit longer because it was busy but no complaints. Offers seem fair, higher than dealer offers and KBB.”

“About two years ago I bought a 2003 Chevy Silverado. Since then I've had minimal issues associated with regular maintenance and no major issues (engine, transmission). An all around solid truck that I use for work.
The staff was great and very professional. Excellent communication and price negotiation was fair. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle (probably another truck) I'll be going through Unlimited.
Don't let the fact that they don't have a showroom or operate out of an office building deter you from doing business with them, they are on the up and up.”

In the beginning of purchasing my second back in during covid, there wasn't many cars in the lot, but I ended up getting me a nice vehicle anyway. “The customer service has continued to improve over the years. Rhiannon (aka Shea) was so patient and took the time to explain what needed to be a priority vs trying to upsell services (I just needed an oil change but also ended up with getting my micofilter changed). Shea highlighted services that could wait for a few months and was helpful in scheduling my next service appointment.
The virtual walk around under my car by the Technician (sorry you said yoir name too quick on the video but I did see Dannon on a ticket) was somewhat helpfu when it came to my tire thread and break pads,l but wished it went into a bit more detail. Lastly, I appreciated the Customer Relations Manger (Tanya) coming out of her office and greeting me as well as the other customer. Actually the entire staff as they walked through the area, greeted me. Thank you for the greetings because it makes your customers feel seen and it also shows that the staff is personable/approachable. I will continue to bring my car here for service!”
