“Yumi was dealing with a bad case of flea dermatitis. I tried a lot of flea products to help combat this but it just got worse overtime. I brought her in and they prescribed flea protection and within 2 months she finally grew back all of her hair and she is so soft and fluffy. I was so scared and thought there was no solution but they helped me out greatly. Yumi and I will be coming back for her flea medication everytime and her check ups. Price cannot be beat as well.”

“This entire group is really amazing! There's not a single person I've met with who wasn't incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Wen is by a good margin the best veterinarian we've had for our pets. The knowledge she has, and the diligence she takes to provide the highest level of care for your pet, is absolutely amazing. The compassion they've shown to our family during the hardest times as a pet owner means a lot to us. My son was very upset that we had to put our cat down, and was convinced we could do something else to help him. Dr. Wen took the time to explain why that wasn't possible and why doing so was the best decision for Obi. He understood at that point and accepted that we were doing the right thing. You can't understate the importance this has for a parent trying to comfort a child through the loss of their pet. All the best to you all and your amazing staff. :)”

Dr. Bell goes above and beyond for our two pups, who in recent years have had an endless array of issues, from allergies to needing preventative surgery to remove a scary lump that was looking suspicious. Dr. Bell gave us every option imaginable and our surgery was made affordable because of an expert she works with. All our fears are always addressed (and thoroughly!), and I just can't express my gratitude enough for their level of care. Vets work exceptionally difficult jobs that can result in compassion fatigue, and my heart goes out to this hardworking crew. I've heard horror stories of how people treat vets sometimes, so I sincerely hope this staff is approached with the same level of care they give our little family members. They're kind, incredible, and compassionate, and they want the best for your pets because they're so obviously animal lovers. Highly recommend!”
“My family and I recently miraculously found Sydney and Tyler at Heavenly Paws Aquamation during the difficult time of saying goodbye to our beloved furbaby Buddy. The first time I called, in the exploratory phase, Sydney was so compassionate and sympathetic, and she immediately gave me a “warm and fuzzy” about the business and level of service we would receive. She could not have been more compassionate and I highly recommend Heavenly Paws. Even though Heavenly Paws doesn’t perform euthanasia, they do provide space for a family and vet of their choosing, if a space is needed. Our family didn’t end up needing the space at Heavenly Paws, but we were thankful to have that option if needed. My family opted for all 4 pawprints in both ink and clay, and Buddy’s snout in ink. The sweet tribute package that we got back exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have been happier with the items that commemorated our boy. The staff even remembered to label each paw and to set aside some ash for us to potentially use for commemorative items down the road. Their thoughtfulness was exceptional – they went above and beyond to give us a peaceful end of life phase for our sweet boy Buddy. They delivered the level of quality we have come to expect with our boy – the service they gave us was priceless. It was a blessing to our family to have an alternative to cremation that seemed more peaceful and gentle. Although it was incredibly painful to say goodbye, we can’t imagine a better end of life tribute for our family member, and will be forever indebted to Sydney and Tyler for the sense of peace they brought to us during this difficult time.”

“This was the best vet experience! I was really nervous about bringing my cat “tubs” to a new vet because I previously had a horrible experience at a vet clinic that I worked at. The facility was clean and I only waited in the waiting room for about 2 minutes. Both the nurse and doctor were super informative and I could tell they genuinely care about my pet. They did all the shots in the room and my cat barely even flinched. I loved how they handled her with so much care and used fear free technique when handling. I also appreciated how they went over diet options since I am concerned about my cats weight.Overall, the staff treated Tubs and I like a VIP customer/patient. I recommend them to anyone that wants their pet to receive the best experience.”

My family has been using Clairmont since the early 00s and while it has grown, it has consistently stayed professional, caring, responsive, and full of animal lovers. It’s clean. Their staff on all levels is incredible. Their front desk truly goes above and beyond. We’ve seen a variety of doctors and have been thrilled with them all. They coached me in the medication, assisted any time I called, were prompt in returning info, AND took on our crazy husky for boarding and for his shots to get him ready for boarding so we could go to our wedding.The day of the appointments, they called to let me know the Doctor was performing an emergency C-section, they didn't move a single appointment, and they still saw my animals.If you are nervous about the best vet to take your fur children, this is the absolute right choice.
