“While passing through Claxton, GA recently my wife and I experienced a problem with the engine splash shield on our passenger car. It had broken loose from the front bumper and was dragging the ground and making a terrible noise. Thankfully we were near the Advance Auto Parts store in Claxton. There we met Kirby, the Store Manager, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He came out, crawled under our car and assessed the situation very quickly.
