“While passing through Claxton, GA recently my wife and I experienced a problem with the engine splash shield on our passenger car. It had broken loose from the front bumper and was dragging the ground and making a terrible noise. Thankfully we were near the Advance Auto Parts store in Claxton. There we met Kirby, the Store Manager, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He came out, crawled under our car and assessed the situation very quickly. “I went into store looking for a lug set for my daughter's Kawasaki mule!!! I had just wasted a day with a O'Reilly's special order that didn't fit!!! All the staff was awesome but especially the lady that found and ordered my part and had it sent to her house so I could get it the next day and have the mule running for my daughter when she got home!! I don't know her name but she should run this store!!! That is the definition of going above and beyond the call of duty!!! THANKS!!”
