The brush they provided is very basic, if your dog has coat like a poodle or poodle mix or even like a husky or Great Pyrenees it won't do much for you, but the shampoos provided are nice. Water was warm and the pressure was great. There's even a little ramp and a door on the tub to help big dogs get into the tub easy.The staff were friendly and helpful and the rest of the store was clean and tidy.”
