“I had a wonderful experience on the phone with Sarah. She helped me with all my needs to rent a storage unit. She explained everything in detail on the pricing and where my unit is located. She explained the hours and code for the gate and the combination for my lock. Sarah was very pleasant to speak with and offered to meet with me if needed to help me at any time understanding that this was all new to me. Very explanatory with ease. Thank you Sarah !!”
“Nice place to lease from. Facility was clean and in the three years of leasing there I never had an issue. On the rare occasion when I needed to interact with the staff they were always willing to help and very friendly. Bryd's seems to be a business that hasn't forgotten who keeps them running - the customer.”
“The best storage facility around. They have a well protected area with great rates and convenient locations. I am impressed and recommend them to everyone! Great job guys!”
“I've had a unit here for a while with no issues. Was easy to get everything set up online and get my things moved in. You can choose to pay a small extra fee for 24 hours access as well.”
“If you need a storage unit I highly recommend this place. I had to get a storage unit quickly and at the last minute my family backed out of helping me. I had no one to help me move the furniture and I didn't have a truck. The owner was so kind and took time away from his business and took his truck to 2 different locations and helped me get my furniture and then helped me pack it in the storage unit. He made 2 trips and jump started my vehicle. He went above and beyond and saved me. He did not ask for money for all he did but I still have gave him money because he used his gas and muscle. I could tell he was reluctant to take it and I insisted. You just don't meet people that will go out of their way for strangers. He should me a couple of units to make sure I had the one that worked for me. The units are clean and I felt secure leaving my belongings there. Someone lives on the property so it is always being monitored. You will not be disappointed and the prices are reasonable. Great service!”
“The cleanest most organized and most convenient Facility we’ve ever experienced. I’ll put it like this: if whatever house we buy is this clean when we move in, and has Neighbors as friendly as Joel and the other staff, we would consider ourselves very blessed. Absolutely awesome. Not at all worried about our stuff, as I write this nearly 1000 miles away
As somebody experienced with pesticides, I can personally testify that they do a very good job in that area as well, I’m not at all worried about bugs finding their way into our stuff in the climate controlled unit we rented”
“Unit I moved was better but the unit I had originally rented should have been checked prior to me moving in before noticing the leak in the unit. Luckily nothing was damaged.”
“Had a great experience getting a unit and moving my equipment in from work. I have used a lot of storage facilities with my line of business and this one has been great. The manager was outstanding, Trevor was his name I believe. He answered all my questions in a professional manner but connected on a personal level. Other managers within storage can be often be off putting and condescending , Trevor was by far one of the best I have come across. I will be using this storage facility for the future and recommend it to business associates.”

“Great experience from start to finish with Chris at Xtra Space. I was on a waiting list for at least 6 weeks when he informed me he finally had an opening. Everything was smooth from the application process to move in and move out. Very clean, courteous and professional.”
