“The unit I rented online was not available in person (wasn't cleaned), so we called and the FSR helped us in person. We ended up being told another unit by CCC and that unit had not been cleaned even though it showed as available in their system. CCC rented us another unit that was a little more, per month, but they discounted it.”

“I've been using Byrds mini storage for over 10 years now, I was in the Dawsonville jack heard drive when we moved to Gainesville I made sure to use them again based on my experience with them. I sell on line so I needed Larger unit my only problem is there is too much humidity I have to use a lot of moisture absorber to keep it dry (behind McDonald's ). I have a second unit passed McDonald's humidity level is always within acceptable range. I will give 5 star for the staff most specially Ms Ann. If not for the humidity level on one of my units I will surely give 5 stars. Will I use them again if I ever move? 100% yes as long as they have a facility.”
“It was pretty fast for me. The wonderful part is that they offer overnight parking at their #2 building. I arrived around 3am and overnight there. My appt was set for 2pm. The office opens at 7:30am. Clean restroom, coffee and excellent service at their shipping office. They start giving door around 8am so you’ll get a call to assign you a door. My load took around 1hr maybe less. They come out and put the seal on the trailer.”
“Seems a ok storage. Haven't seen mice or bugs. Police may sit there at times as well, good thing. I wonder if the cameras work there a personal question. They do insurance, a plus. Gate issues but are being fixed. Why I don't 5 star, I wish there was a easier way without a vehicle to get in and out of the storage area. I've rented a unit for about a year no payment issues. It seems ok ask questions tho, like camera, mice control. I add my own perfection incase.”

“Great facilities. There’s really only one service worker that’s worth the time. He helped me without question get back into my unit. Had a negative experience with a different older fellow that works here and he straight just shooed me away. Overall good facilities though.”
