The new owners of Xtra Space appear client tenant oriented and keep in touch with renters. The owners are nice and helpful. The charge for units is reasonable. Units are spacious and clean. Buildings are secure and monitored. Great experience from start to finish. Waiting list was long but opening was offered. Application process was smooth and move in and move out were smooth. Clean, courteous and professional.
