“I'm a Forsyth County transplant who moved here a couple of years ago and haven't looked back. I LOVE the North Georgia mountains! When I first approached Mountain Valley Community Bank at the request of my real estate agent, I wasn't sure what to expect. My situation was unique. I'm a small business owner of an Airbnb and was just starting into my second year when the pandemic forced me to shut down. However, my fantastic loan specialist, Ken, and his wonderful assistant, Terri, worked their magic and got me qualified for an RV/tiny house in one of the local parks in time for a last minute requested early closing. Mountain Valley Community Bank is one of the only (if not THE only) banks that loans on these kind of dwellings and if not for them, my income stream would have been delayed.
