“Fantastic bank and people. This branch in particular has always treated me well. I didn't give 5 stars because the institution itself is behind on the times on the technological side of things, they have an app that works decent, but it doesn't jive with their credit cards (which have another app) and the fraud prevention is archaic (lot's of calls and no way to prevent them if you have regular out of state/country charges).”
“Love experience there. But I am having trouble with the online banking whenever you spend money from your bank account. It usually pops up in order lately. It'll pop-up one way, and then I check it the next day. And it's not, it doesn't look anything like what I've seen the day before, or it'll say that It charge me for Amazon. But then a couple days down-the-line boom, Amazon won't be charging me again. And I'm not sure if it's that will charge him or not. I don't know what's going on. But they need to do something about that. And fix it cuz, other than that, that would be the only reason why I would want to leave regents. But everything else I do is wonderful, which is that little thing could really chase off a customer. I don't know what you guys are and keep tabs, but I like to keep tabs. It helps me keep track of my money, not when it's being. I don't know and then it's weird cuz. I tried to get a screenshot and I found the screenshot. Never took. It's weird.
So now, im freak out that they're taking away from me.”

Since my wife is disabled, Ms. Ortiz came to our car and went back and forth to inside the bank bringing the necessary papers allowing my wife to remain in our car while completing a most difficult set of documents. Ms. Ortiz exhibited compassion and respect which I have never experienced in my lifetime. She is a valuable asset to your firm and should be recognized as such.”

“I went to open an account and the lady was very nice and knowledgeable however when I arrived home I got an advertisement on social media that standard if I opened an account I will get a $300 bonus, It will have been nice if I was informed of that promotion while I was on the process of opening the account. But everything else was fine, the place looked clean and spacious and all the staff were very kind.”

“Patricia, the branch leader was very helpful and friendly. I had a problem at another branch with a check that wasn't mine being deducted from my account. The professionalism of Patricia and her courtesy towards me saved me from closing all my accounts over a bank error that another branch seemed to have no clue as to how to correct and how to treat a long time customer.”
“Amazing local bank. I dealt with them with my old job, as my boss used them for the business bank account. They were always -ALWAYS- friendly and helped quickly! When I needed a new personal account, I knew exactly where I was going & have been happy with their customer service and they’re all local, so whenever you call you only talk to the reps in this state! ? “This location is great Juan Valdez is exceptional, when dealing with the loss of someone who meant the world to you is complicated enough it’s really helpful to have some one willing to see you without an appointment, answer any questions you may have an offer notary for free That guy really needs a raise and promotion . All the workers I encountered ere nice am welcoming bt he definitely went above and beyond my expectations. The wait times here are a little long appointment or not bt should be expected alas this is Gainesvilles main one at least they do still see you without an appointment unlike some banks”
