“I went to South State Bank on Jesse Jewell today because I was right at them when I realized that I needed to get change for a $100 bill. After waiting 7 minutes in their drive thru (there was only 1 other person there) I was told that they wouldn’t help me because I didn’t have an account with them! I drove to United Community Bank (4 people in the drive thru) & was helped within 1 minute. I wasn’t even asked if I had an account with them. Thanks United Community for being my FRIENDLY bank!”

“Love experience there. But I am having trouble with the online banking whenever you spend money from your bank account. It usually pops up in order lately. It'll pop-up one way, and then I check it the next day. And it's not, it doesn't look anything like what I've seen the day before, or it'll say that It charge me for Amazon. But then a couple days down-the-line boom, Amazon won't be charging me again. And I'm not sure if it's that will charge him or not. I don't know what's going on. But they need to do something about that. And fix it cuz, other than that, that would be the only reason why I would want to leave regents. But everything else I do is wonderful, which is that little thing could really chase off a customer. I don't know what you guys are and keep tabs, but I like to keep tabs. It helps me keep track of my money, not when it's being. I don't know and then it's weird cuz. I tried to get a screenshot and I found the screenshot. Never took. It's weird.

“I went to open an account and the lady was very nice and knowledgeable however when I arrived home I got an advertisement on social media that standard if I opened an account I will get a $300 bonus, It will have been nice if I was informed of that promotion while I was on the process of opening the account. But everything else was fine, the place looked clean and spacious and all the staff were very kind.”

“Banked with SunTrust since I’ve obtained a debit card at the age of 16. Never had any issues with them. Never had to tell them I’m traveling and not to lock my account, no unnecessary lock outs like Regions, and the staff is very helpful with everything. Branches in Gwinnett County consistently REQUIRE to see my wife whenever we want to withdraw or deposit for some reason but not here. They make transactions very easy.”

“Amazing bank, I went on a Saturday morning to try to open an account and even though the bankers were booked for the day I asked if I could be put on a wait-list and I was there for quite a while but I ended up seeing a banker and her name was Leticia Romero, she is the most sweetest and professional banker ever, she helped me and opened my account quickly !! And also shout out to the lady with blonde hair, I think her name was Amanda she also helped me a lot and made sure I met with a banker . :) I highly recommend this bank despite all the bad reviews it has .”
