“Today I had the pleasure of spending a few hours with the staff of this great establishment. My puppy and I were hanging out while waiting on a locksmith to arrive. They all were so kind to both me AND my puppy, and I could not have asked to be at a more friendly place. I got to sit there and watch how each of the employees interacted with each and every customer. As soon as You walk through the door it's hi can I help you find something? The cashier, I didn't catch her name was so in tune with every persons needs, and her customer service skills were OUTSTANDING! The owner, Graham, was also in on all the customer service, which I mean is IMPECCABLE. I live 55 minutes from this location, but when you receive friendly service from employees who TRULY care and want to help you, it's well worth the visit. Graham and ALL the employees who were working today and saw me and Cooper through our dilemma, a giant THANK YOU and keep up the amazing work! God BLESS you all!”
