“Thank you Michael for going above and beyond to assist my grieving grandmother with transferring her deceased husband’s account into her name. After a very frustrating experience at the Cornelia location, where she was repeatedly sent away and told to call customer service, Michael treated her with kindness, compassion, patience and understanding. He took the time to listen to her, explain everything clearly, and actually help her instead of making her feel like a burden. What may have seemed like a simple interaction meant so much to my grandmother during such a difficult time. Thank you Michael for showing what exceptional customer service looks like. We truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to help!”

“We were there Friday and purchased a phone, bc mine had been lost, and was not pleased with the unprofessional behavior of the person waiting on us. Went back Monday and spoke with Tristan and he was amazing! We understood everything he said and are going back Wednesday to hopefully retrieve files from the old phone. He was so incredibly helpful! Kudos to Tristan!”

“I worked with Stone when picking up my new phone. He was extremely personable, hilarious and kind. He made the process of picking up my new phone a breeze even when faced with technical difficulties. I'm so happy that I brought my business to AT&T because of the level of expertise and care I received from this store.”
