“The cashier that helped me this morning was so kind and patient. It was my first time using ApplePay and it took several try’s before that transaction actually took place. I really appreciate her kindness. You can not get that from a self-checkout kiosk. People are important, they are the face of the establishment and instead of me leaving embarrassed my heart was warmed by the kindness this young-lady showed me. I am so grateful for that!”
“Spent the past few days playing Farkle with my Mama-in-Law. My daughter and I wanted to find dice before we made it to our destination. The woman working was nice enough to leave the register to find the dice which had actually been discontinued. We got 4 packs at $1 each. Customer service was on point! Best service I have ever received at Dollar General. 5 Stars!!!”
“They have gotten a couple more employees but they need to train the new employees better because I’ve been in the store twice now and the new guy couldn’t run the register correctly so I had to go to a different store to buy what I needed because he didn’t know how to ring up certain products.”
